Nico Gasca

Municipal Government & Business Operations Professional

I bring more than 10 years of municipal government experience, along with a strong background in business development, project leadership, technology, and communications. In my current role with the City of Tolleson, I work across all departments, coordinate with executive leadership and elected officials, manage vendors, support Development Services communications, and lead cross-departmental projects and events.

Earlier in my career, I managed business accounts, helped lead a 12-person marketing team, and managed a year-long program budget of about $180,000.

What I bring to this position is a combination of municipal knowledge, business experience, leadership, and technology. My career has developed across operations, business development, technology, communications and municipal government. Today I work across all City of Tolleson departments and regularly coordinate with elected officials, executive leadership, department directors, businesses, vendors and community organizations.
